This is a multi-part message in MIME format. --------------C2A928B851FE3F17CD3FC79C Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Greetings fellow LM-Netters -- I'm seeking an example of a librarian-created web page that has been designed to support a specific school project/assignment. I am aware that DiscoverySchool.com allows teacher to customize their own page. However, I am looking for examples of pages created by media specialists who (1) have consulted with teachers and are supporting a specific assignment; (2) have mined the web to deliver appropriate links, and (3) included bibliographies of locally available books/resources, citation forms, rubrics, checklists, and other relevant items. I'd like some examples of this kind of web site because I plan to create this type of "virtual resource center" in support of a 5th grade assignment (a U.S. State report). (My graduate research also centers on this project). Thanks in advance for your help. I will post a summary of your responses.
