Tech: Leasing of computers ?

We are a 4 year old Middle School with about 350 kids, 90 computers, 2/3 PC's, 1/3 
Macs.  We have had no tech replacement monies in the budget until this coming year. 
 We will have about 12 thousand (hopefully) and are seriously considering leasing 
computers as an option.  We will be interested mainly in PC's with Tech Ed and 
Music and Art still on macs.  Has anyone had good (or bad)experiences with leasing 
computers ?  We'd love some input.
