I don't remember who last week asked for information on plays written during the Depression years -- my apologies if I've posted to the wrong listserv. This morning I stumbled across this website from the Library of Congress's American Memories project and wished to share it with that person: http://memory.loc.gov/ammem/fedtp/fthome.html It seems to provide very good converage of this period, especially on the Government's support of the arts through the Depression. Hope this helps whoever... :-) =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-==-= All postings to LM_NET are protected under copyright law.
