Sorry, no email address on the post I saved so I could answer it...
I don't know if you got an answer to your question, but my son finally (you
know how busy a college senior is) got back to me. He has been trying to
find a catalog for purchasing information, but hadn't seen it in any. Maybe
you can call your vendors to see if they have it.

It is called Total Immersion by Terry Laughlin.

Can any one recommend a  good video on swimming lessons, it's
techniques. Our swimming coach
needs it. I have looked in Library Video Catalog, Follett, and checked
Amazon, no luck.
