SEC: Preparation periods

Our high school schedule has 6 periods plus a lunch period.  The
teachers get
a prep period and a lunch period while the library staff has no official

prep period.  Does anyone have an official "time off" to prepare lessons

or do you do like we do and try to do it standing up or end up preparing

on our own time at home?  I'd love to hear how your school schedules
prep time for you.
