Hello Colleagues,

Our district is exploring the various models of technical support that
work well at elementary schools.  If you have one that works well, would
you share it?  Am interested especially in who does what, how funded,
what size of school.  Since all of our energies and resources are
targeted at raising student test scores, no new funding will be
allocated for technical support.  Many of our elementary librarians are
straining under the burden of providing technical support, i.e.,
troubleshooting, etc. and are finding it affecting their library program
services.  So, we're problem solving and will do a lit. search.  Would
appreciate your best ideas.  TIA.
