Hi there. Today I tried to place an order with a high profile company and got slightly frustrated. I was not able to order on-line because I was ordering for an institute - regular people can. So I phoned the 1-800 number but was told I would have to fax my order in because it was for more than just a couple of items. So now I have to type up a list and fax the company. Our fax machine is so slow! I don't understand why people placing larger orders (8 items) don't get better service or at least service that is equal to regular people. The person informed me that they didn't want to have their line held up while a longer order was placed. Does this make sense? I can only purchase the desired products from this particular company. I welcome any advice and/or comments as to whether I am expecting too much. Wondering how can it be so difficult to spend money, Kathy Thomson Teacher-Librarian S.
