Subject: Time: 8:57 AM HIT: SEC: student surveys Date: 2/3/0 I didn't get too many responses, but the ones that came really were useful. I did lose one message that I am not sure contained info or a request for a hit. Sorry. Please circle - Grade 7 8 9 10 11 12 - Female Male - New student to district this year - I use the library about ( 1 - 3 4 - 6 7 - 10 11+ ) times a week. Use of library (Circle one answer for each question) I know the rules in the library. Yes - No I go to the library only with a class. Yes - No I have used the COM CAT inter-library loan CD-ROM disk. Yes - No I have borrowed books through the inter-library loan system. Yes - No I have used the magazines on CD-ROM. Yes - No I have used a reference CD-ROM disk. Yes - No I have checked out magazines from the library. Yes - No I have a public library card. Yes - No Use of library (Circle one answer for each question) I think the library rules are fair. Usually - Sometimes - Seldom I follow the library rules. Usually - Sometimes - Seldom I like to go to the library. Usually - Sometimes - Seldom I can find materials easily in the library. There is a survey in it. I used that survey as a starting point and edited it to my needs.
