Re: Target: Computer Lab supervision by classroom teacher?

Hi everyone,

I work in an elementary school (grades K-6)that is about to open an
elementary computer lab.  I'm on the Lab Procedures committee and was
looking for suggestions.  The lab will be supervised by a lab aide and every
class will have a scheduled time.  But, as of right now, classroom teachers
will not be required to accompany their classes to the lab and instead can
send an additional classroom aide to assist the lab aide.  In other
districts I've worked in classroom teachers always stayed with their
students in the lab.

I'm looking for your thoughts, suggestions, and school policies regarding
this.
