Here is another Library Project from another fabulous Media Specilast

At the end of the year our fifth grade creates movie posters advertising
their favorite books -- STUPENDOUS, AMAZING -- we spend time talking about
how the message has to be short and the illustrations have to grab the eyes.
What information needs to be there for someone else to find the book? Etc.
A lot of learning goes into it and most of the kids create just wonderful
posters -- I take a regular posterboard and cut it into four. Also, they
make rough drafts (that's another concept we cover that all finished
products require planning and practice) on plain bond paper.
