TAR: SEC: Sites on food additives

Hello all,

In general, a big thank you to all you respond so quickly with needed
information.  And here goes another request.

The foods teacher just walked in and needs web sites defining various
food additivies for a class -- tomorrow!  (Students pick an unknown
additives from the back of a candy bar, etc. wrapper; then research what
it is and what it does [emulsifier]).  Searching for the additive by
itself (e.g., bioflavinoids) returns every product online with that
additive -- we need the definition (in plain english) and use.
