Thanks to everyone who took the time to respond to my post.  As
requested, I will put together a hit.  So, if anyone is out there that
maintains their library web page please email me:

Are you compensated?  Money?  Release time?  Etc.
Do you have publishing privileges? Or, must you go through a webmaster?
Do you use a form for parents to grant permission to have their child's
picture, work, etc.  published on a webpage?
If the form is separate from your AUP, how do you keep track of this?
