shelf list card program

Our local public library wishes to find a service from which they could
download a record and print a shelf list card.  They are an on-line library
within our system which means they simply type in the ISBN and attach their
local information to the OCLC record.  They are hand writing cards for a
shelf list which they wish to maintain.  They are not maintaining a card
catalog hard copy.
They also do not wish to use Mitinet or any program into which they have to
type data.  They would simply like to download the info and be able to print
a single shelf list card.  Printing a spine label would be a bonus.
Is anyone doing this or is there a vendor lerking that could send the info
to me to pass on?
