Our Electronic Bookshelf program was networked in our building.
We have made the conversion to Reading Counts--or trying to...
We have a twightlight zone experience now.....Scholastic sent us a disc
which was supposed to have corrected the missing tests.  However, now,
for example, on computer a, person "susie" can take a test on "Man Who
Called Down Owls"  However on computer b, adjacent to computer a,
"susie' cannot take that test...Some student names will have the correct
listing of the quizzes, others will not...
   The most frustrating piece of this puzzle is that Scholastic's
technology support team is permanently "not available--helping another
customer."
    I am wishing now that we had waited 2 years to convert--when the
bugs are gone.
    Is our network the only one with these type problems?
