We have been using the Accelerated Reader program for about seven years and have been extremely happy with it. In January, we installed the newest version and have had nothing but problems. The program has become a very important part of our reading program and now we have been without it for over a month. It is MOST frustrating. The AR technical staff has been responsive but hasn't been able to help us yet. Are other people having these problems or is it just us? Anyone have any information that could help?
