GEN : Educational Audio Visual

Know I have seen this before but can't find in archives OR through the
Internet.

What has Educational Audio Visual changed their name to?  If you have an
address, phone or fax number handy, that would be great too.  I have a
teacher who wants to know.  Thanks, Pat
