We switched from the networked Electronic Bookshelf program
to Reading Counts this school year. We have had a positive
experience with the conversion. Although I am not our
network administrator, I am the administrator for the
Reading Counts program and have found the answers to
problems we encounter either in the manual or through their
technical support. Mostly we have gotten to talk to support
right when we needed them, but when we have not been able to
reach them in a timely fashion, they have returned my
calls. I just wanted to give a positive note for the
Reading Counts. I think that it is a good program and would
not want others to be discouraged from trying it.
