Thanks to some speedy responses from the list, I was able to give our social studies teacher web sites for the U.S. Capitol on short notice. Thank you! The Capitol Project is an exploration of the National Capitol. Washington, DC Sightseeing Map http://sc94.ameslab.gov/TOUR/tour.html This map has hot links to information on some of the more famous sites around Washington, DC. Track Star A Virtual Tour of Washington, DC http://www.scrtec.org/track/tracks/t00742.html This is a lesson in which students can click on various web sites, including one for the U.S. Capitol. They may answer questions if you want to use it as a lesson.
