Dr. Seuss lunch

I would like some ideas on what we can do in our school cafeteria to make
lunch fun for the kids on Dr. Seuss's birthday.  We do not want green eggs
and ham.  I was trying to think of some clever names to put on ordinary food
to 'Seuss it up' and I am drawing a blank.  Please help me.
