TECH: Address book problems

I have someone who is having a problem in his address book. He has a WIN95
OS and is using Netscape 4.7; he has Outlook. Every time he tries to go
though the address book when he reaches somewhere in the C's the browser
shuts down. I have not seen it, it's on his home computer.

Any ideas out there?
