Thanks all for the responses. The concensus seems to be in favor of early graduation. I must say I agree, assuming your graduation requirements are strong enough in the first place. My son would have been an excellent candidate for early grad and would indeed have benefited from it. However, one person pointed out a problem which would happen here. That is those early grads still hanging around town to be with their friends still in school. We have a small town and I'm sure this would be a problem. It is a problem we could deal with, though. Not sure where Gorham will go with this. I seem to be a minority of one who doesn't think it is such a bad thing.
