I was curious as to how many libraries are currently using Columbia/Casper
Circ/Catalog library program. Since Jan. 1, 2000, I am experiencing
problems with the overdue notice section. I am unable to print an actual
overdue notice for patrons that owe library materials prior to Jan. 1,
2000. This company Casper sent a report to temporary fix this problem but
this report has not been much help.

I am also wondering how many libraries are presently using the Follett
complete library automation program and whether this is a good program to
investigate.

Thanks for your help.
