To Texas Librarians and Teachers....

    "Whatever you're a doin' in Texas, it must be right,  'cuz all our
teachers and librarians want to get THERE as soon as they get those
education degrees!" ~~"dag nab it!"

    From one of us in Oklahoma who looks "fondly" at what Texas is doing
right, I salute you!  You certainly have proven to be one state that has
become a "model" for several things we do (or are trying to do) in Oklahoma!
(And as a librarian at the only school for the blind in the state of
Oklahoma, I must say that the Texas School for the Blind "shines" brightly
in the field of education for the blind and visually impaired!)

Keep up the good work!  ~~ and tell our all our friends from Oklahoma who
are loving it in Texas, "hello!" from home!
