Good morning~ FYI Tomorrow at noon EST., U.S. Secretary of Education Richard W. Riley will deliver his 7th annual State of American Education Address at Southern High School, Durham, N.C. The speech will be broadcast live via satellite to schools, communities, and cable access television stations across the country from the Southern High School gymnasium.
