TARGET: MARC cataloging for French language materials

Greetings,
Does anyone know of a good source of Marc cataloging for French language
materials, apart from OCLC and Canadian Cataloging in Publication?  We
are a French immersion elementary school and order many of our materials
directly from publishers and suppliers in France.  I have already
searched the LM-NET archives and not found anything.
