Patron is looking for a picture book (probably published before 1970).
The plot:

Two children (one boy, and one girl possibly named Rosie) are on a raft in
the swamp. They've missed lunch but wanted to get home in time for
"lupper."

We've checked _A to Zoo_ and other children's literature books, and the
question has already been posted on PUBYAC. (This one sounds hopeless to
me, but then . . . "Impossible" is not in the W*mbat vocabulary.)
