Dear Colleagues,
Once agian I need your help with a problem one of my teachers asked me.
Here goes:
He wrote:
I am researching and writing an article for one of my classes. The
article is going to deal with information access for the blind and the
visually impaired. I was wondering if you could suggest any journals
that I could read to get information on How media specialists in public
schools and public libraries cope with making computers accessable to
the blind. The types of programs they use or install in special
computers and equipment they use ( peripherals ). Also, any special
administrative systems or plans for implementing accessablity for the
above mentioned popoulation.
