TARGET: NAT'L. TCHR. CERTIFICATION

In what field are library/media folks applying & qualifying for national
teacher certification?  The incentives for becoming nationally certified in
several states are substantial - $10,000 annually in Iowa for 5 years, as
one example.  If there isn't a field for "us,"  what are we doing to be
included in the process?
