Target: Istanbul earthquake

Hi, everyone.

I have a Turkish student who is very concerned about the welfare of friends
in Istanbul after the recent earthquake.  She has not been able to contact
anyone by phone.  Does anyone know of a resource that might aid her in
locating/determining the safety of her loved ones?  I'll be glad to post a
hit if there is interest.  TIA.
