GEN: Library month celebration help needed

Each year we plan a special event during National Library Month to
celebrate reading and literacy.  We select a different theme each year for
our ReadAloud event.  For ReadAloud 2000 on April 12 we are hoping to
display 2000 paper stars from people all over the world indicating a
favorite book, author or type of book.  I am asking your help in 2 ways.
        One, if you have a group who would like to receive our stars, fill them
out and return them, I'd be grateful to know addresses, etc.  We would be
seeking classrooms willing to do this as a brief project, perhaps
establishing a key-pal type relationship with a classroom at our end (we
are Pre K-12).  I could send stars via snail mail or as an attachment and
would provide return postage.
        Two, if you yourself would like to fill out such a star and help us reach
our goal of 2000, I'd be grateful and pleased to send some to you via snail
mail or as an e-mail attachment.
        In 1990, we did a similar project and reached our goal of 500 stars for
our very first event.  As we enter a new decade, we thought we'd repeat the
star portion of our day and seek 2000 new stars for display.  Please help
if you can.  Thank you in advance for any assistance with this project!
