SEC: What happened to JobSmart?

Does anyone know what happened to the career web site Jobsmart? It was out
of California.

I've tried http://www.jobsmart.org and also   http://www.jobstar.org as it
sometimes came up - and I can't locate it.

It was a nice site for students to use for researching careers.  Any help
locating it would be appreciated.
