I have a new Laserjet 4050N with the duplex feature - it prints back-to-back. I love it! However it seems to work too well. The kids are printing everything they see! We're using some 3 yr old Mac clones (Power Computing) with On Guard as the security system. I've limited the printing to 4 pages in the student user mode, but it doesn't work! Students simply click print and the pages just start spitting out - we're using Netscape. I've explained to students that they need to either copy text and paste it into notepad or wp or limit printing by page #'s, but they either ignore me or forget. Is there a way to block the feature of printing all pages and create a default setting of printing pages 1-2? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. We're going through a tree a day!
