TECH: CASPR/Library World - index fields

Would anyone be able to tell me why I can't seem to get the PatFirst field to
index. I've gone to Options/Catalog and marked it as an indexed field; I
reindexed my library (even though I think it wasn't supposed to be
necessary). When i try to use the PatFirst index (1940_r) nothing happens and
the Count?Key box is empty when I try to browse index in the Find dialgoue.

These problems almost always seem to happen at night or on weekends when tech
support is unavailable :-).  I will send this to CASPR, but if an LM_Netter
could help sooner, this weekend project could get done. Thanks in advance.
