potentially copied paper

A paper on Charlie Chaplin has been turned in that I'm very suspicious about.
It is not well written and there are many errors, but at the bottom of each
page is the following:
Sunday, February 20, 2000     America Online:  AOD  SSj2VegitaX

Can anyone give any advice about it?
