TARGET: Library director/supervisor?

This question is similar to another question about library directors/superv=
isors, except we are trying to get one funded.  The librarians of our =
school system are working on improvements and would like to know some =
things about other systems.

1. Does your system have a library director or supervisor who works to =
coordinate efforts in all the schools?  If so, how is this funded?

2. Is there a full time computer technician in each school? If so, how is =
this funded?

3.  What is the size of your school district?
