ELEM: AR question

Hello Friends,
Does anyone know what has happened to the AR listserve?  I haven't
gotten it for a long time.  My question is:  What do some of you do
when you reach the limit of 500 for the teacher made tests?  We are at
that point, and we have lots more teacher made tests to put on.  How do
you handle this problem? (or can it be handled?) We are still using
4.x, but my understanding is that 5.0 doesn't address that issue.
