Time Saving Ideas

Hello:
Does anyone have a simple time saving idea or time management suggestion
that I can borrow or use?  I have some of my own but for our district
meeting on Thursday we are all to bring in one great idea that no one
else will have.  I can't think of any to fit that category!  Help.
