My son asked if I would ask this question for him:

How many people have free dial-up access to the
internet through their school district? Is it any
good? Do they use other providers, or are they
interested in having other, supplemental providers?

Does anybody know any statistics on this?

Please answer to me personally since Iím signed off this week.
