Target: Activities to go with Piggins titles

I have been working on a "unit" in my head-- Jane Yolen books-- for a few
weeks now. It is finally starting to come together a little on paper. After
talking about Jane Yolen's life, introducing some of her books, the plan
includes focusing on Sleeping Ugly in 3rd grade, Piggins books with the 4th
grade and Wings in 5th grade.

Believe it or not, I am having the hardest time coming up with ideas to use
with 4th grade. It has been easy to think of topics and activities to go
along with Sleeping Ugly and Wings, but I am not coming up with anything for
4th grade.

If any of you can direct me to some ideas or have things you have tried with
the Piggins titles, I would sure appreciate any thing you can share.
