No Subject

I, too, have been just been asked to coordinate a reading program for an
intermediate school (grades 3-5).  This is my first year as a librarian and
I find myself to be the implementor of many projects.  This is supposed to
be up and running by February 1.  I want it to be as painless for my
teachers as possible.

Any tried and true ideas out there?
