One that really wiped me out was Summer of My German Soldier. I was lying on the floor reading it, and when I got to the end, I just rolled over on the rug and boo-hooed out loud! Fortunately I was living alone at the time. I'd never be able to do that now - my husband and kids would stand over me laughing. I cry at Hallmark commercials, too! Another fiction title that truly has a tragic ending is Alan and Naomi. I just couldn't believe the ending - heart-wrenching sobs with this book too.
