Thanks to those who answered. Here is what I have found. My original
question was if this company was legit or not. It appears to be.

Their prices are low ($275 for up to 500 kids, $300 for up to 1000, $325
for up to 2000) They are only for k-12 educational institutions. In
their ad they claim Disney, UA, Columbia Pics., Paramount, Dream Works,
Touchstone, Hollywood Pics, TriStar, Miramax and many others are
licensed. They have a web site http://movielicensingusa.com/ and they
appear to be sending out letters to LOTs of people (4 people here at KV
have them).

I have received the following from Disney.com
"This is a legitimate offer. The company is one of our agents. We
appreciate your concern! "

There is at least one other reputable company doing the same called MPLC
(Motion Picture Licensing Corporation), their website.
http://www.mplc.com

Some quotes:
"Remember, no one represents ALL film copyright holders."
"We pay $1500 per year(another company), this in addition to whatever
rental we pay for each video."
"You can already show films - as long as they are curriculum based and
not for rewards, and as long as they are shown to a normal sized class,
not on the gym on an inclement day."
"You can check your company's legitimacy through the U.S.Copyright
Office and they can tell you if they're OK." (I will attempt this)
