I am a media specialist in a K-8 private school in Minnesota. We are doing school wide activities on Minnesota history. One of our teachers remembers seeing a list of rules for teachers from 75-100 years ago. She had a copy of that list and thought it would be very interesting to share with our students. However, she has lost the list. I was wondering if anyone else might have a copy of those rules. Some of those rules included things like: Teachers are not allowed to marry. Female teachers are not allowed to be seen in the company of men other than their brothers or father. Sound familiar to anyone? Can you help us? Thanks in advance.
