I would start with Elementary School Library Collection. It is a collection development tool in text or CD_ROM versions. You can probably find it at any university library or with inter-library loan. It lists every book an elementary school should have, along with those books in alternate formats like video, sound recordings, etc. I bet nearly all the Newbery/Caldecott books/videos are in there--if not all of them. The last time I bought the book it cost $125 and was worth every penny and more. It is published either by Bowker or Brodart. (Sorry, I'm always forgetting which it is.) Another source of info would be LibaryVideo.com. Check their huge inventory on the web. I'm sure if there is a way for them to have a Newbery or Caldecott on video, it will be in their catalog on the web. --- Donna Cook, Nacogdoches, Texas : Teacher/Librarian Central High; District Coordinator, Central ISD; Library Consultant, Douglass ISD; "Minister of Information" First Baptist. donnacook@mailcity.com 409-853-9345 On Sat, 1 Jul 2000 08:48:07 Barb Ehlers wrote: >> We have been asked to find a list of all the Newberry and Caldecott winners >> that have been made into videos.
