Gay and Lesbian Children's Books

Friends,
      I am looking for K-6 fiction and non-fiction titlesof books with gay and
lesbian characters and/or themes.  I'm aware of many good young adult titles,
but want to expand my list/expertise in the children's area...thank you for your
help!  These suggestions will be put together for a literature class for
pre-service teachers and graduate students.
