Free online Web Pages

I am a librarian who would like to use a web page to help enhance the
curriculum next year.  My problem is that the person who is in charge of
setting it up is dragging their feet.  I would like to use a site which
I could create the web page and the site manager gives the access to my
students.  I did find on titled "Schoolnotes", but I would like to
compare it with others.
