Olympic Games Hotlist

Hi everyone
I have now uploaded the hotlist of Olympic Games sites to the Palmerston webpage at
http://www.palmdps.act.edu.au
All the links were working as of a few minutes ago, but if you find any dead or if 
you know of any
others that could be added, please let me know. (You will see there are still some 
spaces left.)

If you scroll down, you will see that there are a number of online activities that 
you may well find
meet your needs without having to create something from scratch.  There is also an 
activity based on
the book Toad Rage by Morris Gleitzman on the Read Around Australia site at
http://www.teachers.ash.org.au/ozreading and I have another on Koala Lou (Mem Fox) 
in the making.  I
also hope to create one for The 27th Annual African Hippopotamus Race (Morris 
Lurie).

For those of you interested in Australia itself, there is a hotlist called 
Australia Online on the
PDPS site.  I will be adding to this as I complete the pages.

Both of these hotlists have been the result of the generosity of members of these 
listservs sharing
their knowledge. Please take this message as a personal post of acknowledgement and 
appreciation.
