Gail,

Schools may set up free web pages at www.myschoolonline.com.  I will be
using this site for my teachers to set up their own homework and newsletter
pages this year.  It's pretty easy, and they have instructions to help you
if you want to go beyond their basic designs.  Doesn't give you huge
flexibility as to formatting, and so forth, but it is FREE.
