Re: windows not shutting down

Hi - I resent this with the proper subject noted..sorry for any confusion.

We have the same problem with the "window is shutting down" screen hanging up
and not going to the final screen....we have Dell's...only the machines with
Windows 98 are doing this...I have been told by my technology resource people
that this is a Microsoft issue and they (Microsoft) are aware of it. If it
seems hung up on that screen, we just shut it off from there....haven't had
any problems yet.....
