User fees

 Hi

  This is my first post to a public listserv so be
patient with me if I mess up. :)  Does anyone know
any good web sites or books dealing with libraries
charging user fees?  If you do, could you please send
them to me?


   To close off a little joke I heard:

   Why was the book in the hospital?

     Answer: Because it hurt its spine.

 I know a real groaner! :)
